Raise staff performance by competing among our peers, e.g., the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) – Certificate of Excellence in Assessment Administration Award
Demand organizational transparency and accountability by implementing and enforcing the highest ethical standards in a highly visible organization
Take a conservative approach of rebuilding the Office of Property Appraiser and provide a seamless transition necessary in a time of real estate market and revenue uncertainty
The perfect storm for home values has formed: more homes on the market and fewer buyers; increasing Adustable Rate Mortgages and falling prices; and an uncertain economic outlook.
